DocuMine Documentation

Requirements

DocuMine works on all major operating systems and most modern browsers. Please note the below requirements and instructions for usage, account setup, and login.

To log in to DocuMine, you need:

  • An internet-enabled computer with an up-to-date browser

  • A user account for DocuMine

  • Your username and password

  • The DocuMine URL you got from knecon our your operator.

Contact your operator or the knecon support if you have any questions about your login.

DocuMine supports most modern browsers, especially:

  • Chrome

  • Edge

  • Safari

Make sure you are using the latest version of the respective browser.

To get started with DocuMine, you must first activate your user account. DocuMine offers the following account activation scenarios:

Once your account has been activated, you can log in.

  1. Open your browser.

  2. Enter the DocuMine URL to open the login page.

  3. You must join a workspace to work in DocuMine. When you log in for the first time, enter the workspace you received from your admin.

    On all subsequent logins, you select from the previously used workspaces or join a new workspace.

    A company can have more than one workspace.

  4. Enter your username or e-mail and your password.

  5. Click Sign In.

You forgot your password and cannot find a "Forgot password" link on the login page? Please ask the admin to reset your password if that is the case.

If the admin resets your password, you will be required to change it the next time you sign in.

After logging in, you are in the DocuMine user interface.
