Dossier management

Description

Download CSV status report

Dossier members can download a dossier's CSV report. The report provides an overview of the dossier documents and their processing status.

Configure download package

Dossier members can select the report types they want to include in their download package.

Edit dossier attributes

Dossier owners can edit the dossier attribute values.

The admin defines the dossier attributes.

Add dossier members

Managers can add new members to a dossier.

Assign dossier owner

Managers can change the dossier owner. (in the dashboard or in the "Edit dossier" dialog)

Archive dossiers

The dossier owner can archive dossiers. That makes it easier to keep track of active dossiers.

Archived dossiers can no longer be edited and cannot be restored. However, users can still access and read.

Edit dossier

The dossier owner can edit the dossier properties and settings.

Document management

Description

Assign member or yourself to a document

Dossier members can assign other members or themselves to a document.

Delete documents from a dossier

Dossier members can delete a document if it has not yet been assigned a user. If a member is assigned, the assigned member may delete the document.

Edit file attribute values

Dossier members can enter the file attribute values. Some file attributes may trigger certain rules.

Reset status of documents

Dossier members can move a document to the previous status (from In progress to New or from Done to In progress).

Restore deleted documents

Managers can restore deleted documents within 96 hours. After this period, the documents will be deleted permanently. (96 hours is the default value; admins can change it)

Download components and extraction reports

The assigned dossier member and the dossier owner can download the components (JSON and/or XML) and extraction report(s) (Excel).

Filter documents

The document list offers users different filters and quick filters.

Automatic reanalysis of documents

The system monitors each document to define if a reanalysis is required.

The following events trigger a reanalysis:

  • Changes to the dossier template

  • Changes to the file attributes

  • Manual changes to the components

  • Manual changes to the document

The reanalysis is carried out automatically in the background and may result in changes to the extracted components. It can also be triggered manually or disabled.

A document cannot be moved to the Done status if a reanalysis is still pending or if it is currently being reanalyzed.

Upload document to a dossier

Users can upload documents to dossiers. Max. file size: 200 MB.

Document and component editing

Description

Force skipped

Deleted annotations become skipped annotations. Forcing skipped annotations manually turns them into annotations again.

Mark annotations as false positives

If an annotation is wrong in the given context, the assigned dossier member can mark it as a false positive. The corresponding item will no longer be annotated in the given context.

Add manual annotations

The assigned dossier member can add manual annotations to a document to extract additional information fcr component building.

Resize annotations

The assigned dossier member can change the size of annotations in a document.

Delete annotations

The assigned dossier member can delete annotations from a document.

Edit components

The assigned dossier member can edit the extracted components.

Exclude pages from analysis

The assigned dossier member can exclude pages of a document from the analysis.

Filter document pages

Users can filter for pages with certain types of annotations, unseen pages, pages with manual changes, and pages without annotations.
