Create a new dossier

Good to know:

Only users with the manager role can create dossiers.

Click New dossier in home to create a dossier in one of the templates that does not yet contain any dossiers.

The "Create dossier" dialog opens. Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk.

Dossier name: Enter a name for the dossier.
Dossier template: Select the rule set you want to apply to the dossier.
Description: You can add a description here. The description is optional.
Due Date: Select this checkbox to specify a due date for the dossier.
An input field appears. Enter the relevant date or click on the calendar button to select a date.
The date is for information purposes only. The dossier can still be edited after the deadline has expired.
Report types: Select the extraction report(s) to be included in the download package.
The extraction reports list the extracted components.
You can download single-file and/or multi-file Excel reports (i.dossiere., one Excel per document or one Excel for the entire dossier).
Save: Click this button to save the dossier without any further action.
Save and add team: Click this button to save the dossier and add dossier members to work on the dossier.
Hover over the user list and click on the names of the users you would like to add as dossier members.

Once you have saved your new dossier, you can upload documents to the dossier. For further information, please see Upload document.

Good to know:

As the dossier creator, ou automatically become the dossier owner.

Note that you can change the dossier owner at any time. For further information on dossier member management, please see Edit dossier: dossier members and Dashboard.
