Information on dossiers

  1. Dossier: dossier metadata

name of the dossier and the applied dossier template, number of documents, pages, and dossier members, creation date, and due date (if a due date is set).

If a due date has been set, it will be highlighted in yellow 14 days before it expires and in red after it has expired.

  2. Last modified: date of the last changes to files in the respective dossier

    Good to know:

Last modified also takes into account the changes triggered by automatic reanalyses.

  3. Dossier owner: the dossier owner's initials

The dossier owner can manage the dossier, change the dossier state, and edit the dossier properties. The dossier owner can also assign a new dossier owner and add members to the dossier.

  4. Document state: information on the status of the documents in the respective dossier

If all documents have the same state, the status bar is monochrome. If the status bar is multi-colored, the different colors provide information on the proportion of documents in the respective state.

    • New (gray):

At least one document in the dossier is still new and unprocessed: No member has been assigned yet.

    • In Progress (yellow):

A member has been assigned to at least one of the documents.

    • Done (light blue):

At least one document has been moved to Done to confirm that the components are final and can be exported.

  5. Dossier state: dossier status according to your internal dossier lifecycle

The dossier owner can change the dossier state of a dossier. The column is displayed if the admin has defined a dossier lifecycle for the respective dossier template.

You can switch between active and archived dossiers in the upper left to display the active/archived dossiers that apply the respective dossier template.
