Dossier attributes

Dossier attributes provide additional information about dossiers and complement them. Examples of dossier attributes: dates, free texts, signature scans, or logos.

You can create and edit the dossier attributes in the Dossier attributes tab of each dossier template.

What is the purpose of dossier attributes?

Dossier attributes allow you to allow or require the users to provide further information on the dossiers. For further information on this, please see the User Manual: Edit dossier: dossier attributes.

The placeholders you see in the dossier attributes list are generated automatically. You can use them as placeholders for the attribute values in your report templates. DocuMine generates the reports during the download of files. The actual attribute value will then automatically replace the placeholder. (The users can enter the attribute value at the dossier level.)

How to get there:

User menu > Settings > Dossier templates > Dossier template > Dossier attributes
